Warranties
On new items your warranty is 12 months unless otherwise stated

Yamaha, Casio & Nord offer longer warranties on their instruments. Most larger instruments are covered by an on site warranty and this plus your warranty period is stated on your invoice

In the unfortunate instance that your product develops a fault, you should first call us on 01903 883674

Within 30 days of purchase, If a fault is found and is not due to misuse or other reason excluded on warranty, we will offer a replacement, or if this is not possible, a refund. Accidental damage or misuse are not covered by the warranty.

Refunds and Exchanges
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from Arundel Pianos. However, our returns policy is stated below:

For items purchased in store:
i) we do not follow the same refund/return policy as Musicroom/Music Sales/Music In Print or Musicroom.com
ii) we do not offer refunds if you decide you do not want the goods however we may exchange to a product of the same value (or higher value if you pay the difference). It’s hugely important to us that you are happy with your purchase.

Online & Telephone Orders:
i) If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in it’s original condition and packaging within 14 days. You will be responsible for return costs
ii) If you wish to return an item, you must first put this in writing, either by email to sales@arundelpianos.co.uk or write to us at: “The Passageway” 18 High Street Arundel, BN18 9AB.

Faulty Goods
In the rare instance that your item develops a fault after 14 days of receipt but within 30 days of purchase, we will replace the item with another. If a replacement is not available, then a full refund will be given

After 30 days but within the manufacturers guarantee period (see your invoice for exact period of warranty), please contact us to establish the most efficient course of action. Generally Portable goods should be returned to the store at your expense whilst products covered by an on-site warranty will be visited by an authorised service technician. We care about good communication and will do all we can to act in your best interests.
